Fundraising Event Guidelines

The Tara Bean Foundation welcomes individuals and businesses to support our efforts by organizing their own fundraising event to benefit children with brain tumors. The following guidelines apply for all fundraising events that directly benefit the Tara Bean Foundation.

The Fundraising Application should be completed and sent to the Tara Bean Foundation for review and approval.

TBF must approve in advance all written materials (programs, invitations, advertisements, etc.) that use the Tara Bean Foundation name.

All promotional materials, invitations, programs, and announcements must state: “Proceeds to benefit the Tara Bean Foundation.”

The TBF logo may not be used or reproduced in any format without the permission of the Foundation.

All games of chance (raffles, casino nights, etc.) must adhere to state laws regulating such types of events.

All checks should be made out to the “Tara Bean Foundation.” Checks to the TBF must be sent back to the Foundation for processing and deposit into the Tara Bean Foundation account only - within 30 days of the event.
